It’s been framed!

F2.0 1/698S ISO50

This is the first framed shot I took, and it might not be a good shot for you. ✌

We often put in picture frames the photos we take for display and for keeping the memories that comes from the photos fresh. For those who are born with skills in brush and pen, they draw instead of taking photos. However, there is another type of framing that we can do as we are taking our shots that can be just as effective doing just the same thing.

Framing is simply using other objects in your photograph to frame the main subject. This is probably one of the easier composition techniques in photography. Framing brings more depth to the picture and a better focus on what the main subject is.

It is the technique of drawing attention to the subject of your image by blocking other parts of the image with something in the scene.
